Jon and I managed to go out to dinner while Grandma and Grandpa Stewart babysat. After 3 weeks of doing nothing but taking care of Shelby, it was great to rejoin the real world...O.K., so we only rejoined for about 2 hours, but hey, I'm not complaining. I even had a glass of wine, the first since before Christmas. We enjoyed dinner at one of our favorite spots, The Los Altos Grill. Shelby was fast asleep when we got home, so we considered it a successful first outing for both us and Shelby!

GOOD JOB! I'm so impressed that you did it so right away. Very important. And she is cute...makes me want another newborn.
Yay for grandparents! Built in babysitters, they are a fabulous thing!!!
